At Fast & Free Delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
